Karistem celebrates its tenth anniversary with its customers
Paris, 20th March 2015. Karistem, a consulting firm that specializes in strategy, transformation and operational excellence, has just celebrated its tenth anniversary with the main customers of the company since its inception as distinguished guests. Close to fourty sponsors came to celebrate this anniversary with Karistem’s team, for an evening of networking and exchange. “We wished to thank all the customers who have trusted us over the last 10 years and their presence at our anniversary celebration is a great honour, welcomes Saad Bennani, one of three Karistem managing partners, alongside Olivier Seiller and Hervé Borensztejn. Of course, not everyone could come but we received many messages of congratulations and encouragement.”
Since its creation ten years ago, Karistem has accompanied many large organizations, and includes thirty CAC 40 companies among its customers. The firm first specialized in the industrial sector, but has grown and diversified into other sectors, especially through its HR consulting services, but also with the acquisition, in 2012, of Factea, a purchasing consultancy , and by joining forces in 2013 with the supply chain consulting firm Austral,which operates under the Karistem brand. “This anniversary was also an opportunity for the firm’s new and established partners to discover the extent of consulting services offered by Karistem, now a leading partner in transforming organizations in any business function”, says Hervé Borensztejn.
The celebrations took place in the company’s new offices, located at 36 rue Laffitte in the 9th arrondissement of Paris, and the evening proved to be very friendly. “By organizing this event in our own offices rather than at an anonymous outside location, we wished to show where our consultants work when they are not on site at our customers’ premises. Even after ten years of activity, Karistem remains committed to the values that have made its success, those of a tightly-knit, agile and inspiring company”, says Olivier Seiller. Over the next few years Karistem intends to continue its development in terms of functional expertise as well as international presence. We can then celebrate, in fitting style… Karistem’s twentieth anniversary!
