Each new recruit joins at the appropriate level for her/his background and professional experience.

The Analyst
is responsible for the execution of one or more deliverables. S/he reports to the Senior Consultant.

The Senior Consultant
is responsible for the execution of one or more deliverables. S/he reports to the Manager.

The Manager
is responsible for the project. S/he supervises the whole project team and guarantees the achievement of objectives: client satisfaction, management of schedule, quality and financial aspects of the project. S/he is the Client project manager’s operational contact. S/he reports to the Principal.

The Senior Manager
is responsible for several projects in a functional expertise. S/he supervises the whole projects teams and guarantees the achievement of objectives: client satisfaction, management of schedule, quality and financial aspects of the project. S/he is the Client project manager’s operational contact. S/he reports to the Principal.

The Principal
is responsible for the relationships between Karistem and the Client. S/he ensures the coherence of all the interventions of Karistem. S/he supports every project by participating in the steering committees and developing a personal network that facilitates interactions around the project. S/he reports to the Director.

The Director
is responsible for the strategy and operations of Karistem on a given economic sector. S/he develops relationships at the highest level of the corporations. S/he guarantees the non-disclosure commitment and is the only person who can commit Karistem resources.
