and announces the arrival of Maryline Borri and Emmanuel Fatras


Paris, June 3, 2013. Karistem Corporate Consulting, a consulting firm in strategy and transformation, continues to grow in the HR consulting market and announces the arrival of Maryline Borri and Emmanuel Fatras as specialized human resources managers. As such, they will be responsible specifically for developing the firm’s offering in strategy, organization and HR transformation in major French and international companies.

Graduate of CELSA, Maryline Borri has over ten years of experience in the domain of human resources consulting and internal communication, after making her debut at Unilever within the operational HR. Responsible for helping companies to develop their policies and projects managing diversity within the IMS network – Investing in the city (2005-2008), she joined BearingPoint as specialized HR Manager (2008 – 2013) for the public and private sectors before joining Karistem this year.

“Joining Karistem is an opportunity for me to find a consulting firm on a human scale while participating in the development and implementation of plans to transform the HR function with an important strategic dimension,” says Maryline Borri whose areas of expertise range from improving HR performance in the management of change, through the development of skills and diversity management.

For his part, Emmanuel Fatras holds a Master of Human Resources at Sciences Po Paris and a Master of Entrepreneurship at HEC School of Management. He began his career at SFR (2005-2006) on issues of social responsibility of the company, before joining the world of human resources consulting, first at IHRD (2007-2009), then at Mercer where he contributed in particular to the construction and development of a Human Capital Strategy practice in France and Europe (2009-2013). He joined Karistem early 2013.

Karistem Corporate Consulting announces the appointment of Hervé Bonensztejn
to the role of Associate Director in charge of our HR Division


Paris, 8 April 2013. Karistem Corporate Consulting, a consulting firm in HR strategy and transformation, announces the appointment of Hervé Borensztejn as Associate Director in charge of the HR Division. He will be in charge of accelerating development of the firms HR Strategy consulting service and the transformation of HR Management. He will also be in charge of three new services: consulting specialised in HR expertise, transition management in key subjects of the HR division and finally training in HR operational practices.

Civil Engineer and Doctor of the Ecole des Mines in Paris, auditer of the Centre des Hautes de Développement Economique (CHEDE), et previously HR Director of large international groups, Hervé Borensztejn posses a long leadership experience both of international management and of Human Resources development.
Director of HR Development of Vivendi (1997-2000), Senior Vice-President in charge of HR Development and competences within EADS (2001-2010), Hervé Borensztejn was until now Executive Vice President in charge of HR and the communication of Coverteam / General Electric Power Conversion. Paris, 6th February 2013. Karistem, a consulting company in strategy and transformation, announces the nomination of Sébastien de Boisfleury as Head of Communication and Marketing. Within this role he will be responsible mainly for managing communication and marketing for Karistem, its affiliates and associates societies.
