Education: partnership between CIFFOP ( industry executive) and consultancy firm Karistem

Paris, 28 October 2013. The CIFFOP ( Interdisciplinary Training Centre on Personnel Function), industry executive, has just entered into a partnership with the consulting firm Karistem for 2013-2014. The aim is to produce a joint discussion between consultants at Karistem and students of this Executive Master.

CIFFOP students will develop a group project writing a thesis devoted to the topic “How to maintain human consideration in HR management, despite the increase in the weight of processes? ” Karistem will notably accompany students of the Master Executive in this research project by a course on the methodology of the HR consulting business (which will also be attended by the students of the International Master). Karistem will also share experience and know-how, as well as monitoring throughout the year. Moreover, CIFFOP ( industry executive) and Karistem will conduct a joint publication on the results of the theses made by students.

CIFFOP breifly
The Interdisciplinary Centre for Training in Personnel Function (CIFFOP) was created in 1973 by Nicole Catala, within the Panthéon Assas Paris II. The centres’ work includes a Master 2 (formerly DESS) in Management of Human Resources and Labour Relations. It also supports multiple HR Master 2 and coaching. With its success, the CIFFOP created the International Human Resources Management Master in 2007 whose teachings are exclusively taught in English. To support corporate executives who feel the need to deepen their knowledge or develop their skills in managing human resources, CIFFOP also opened an Executive course in 2009 in Paris and 2011 in Luxembourg.
