Graduated from the « Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Génie Industriel » (National School of Industrial Engineering), I started my career in consulting in 2007, joining a group specialized in sourcing and procurement optimization. Three years later, I met the 2 partners of Austral Consulting and desired to work with them on logistics issues. So I was the first consultant of this young firm which is now the Supply Chain division of Karistem!

At first, my missions were rather short and operational, then I had the opportunity to intervene on more strategic projects, including those overseas, for CAC 40 and other major companies: developing synergies between customers / suppliers, competitive benchmarking and strategic analysis, piloting a transversal logistic costs optimization project…

After these experiences, I became manager in 2014, which was for me a nice recognition of the work done. Beyond the pure logistics and sourcing projects, I am now involved in coaching and management missions related to Lean. Developing business relationships with our existing clients and identifying new projects are also part of my new responsibilities. Finally, I also help consultants who join the company and the Supply Chain division in particular, to learn and benefit from my own experience.
