Hervé Borensztejn, associate director of Karistem, participates to the

2015 Global Talent & Leadership Executive roundtable


Paris, 14 April 2014. Hervé Borensztejn, managing partner of Karistem, participates to the Global Talent & Leadership Executive roundtable, the 14th April (10:30 until 17:00) in Paris. This conference is part of an-going research study by GlobalBusinessNews to develop and better integrate global talent policies targeted to drive performance, gain a competitive advantage.

Hervé Borensztejn speaks about adapting talent and oganisations (15:00 until 15:40), more specifically getting to a measurable return on the investment of international assignments.

Hervé Borensztejn has 25 years of operational HR experience for major international groups: EADS, General Electric, Vivendi, LVMH, where he has held positions of Group HR Manager as well as HR Development Group. He is also Associate Professor at the Sorbonne (Paris 2) and Certified Executive Coach. Hervé Borensztejn is a Civil Engineer from the Ecole des Mines, Paris and has a doctorate in economics.
